Family on the Beach

For the past couple of years we’ve vacationed to the beach with several other families. We rent a big house and live together for a whole week. Everyone pulls their weight: some people cook for everyone, some clean, some plan activities…I take family photos for anyone who wants them. It’s so fun!

The Millers have been a special family to me for many years, and I’ve watched their kids grow up. They’re about to send their second kid to college, and family photos were a must. As a mom with one in college, I know the feeling of wanting to catch and savor every single moment together!

A cool story about this shoot is that Mom and Dad are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary this year, and they recreated one of the poses from their wedding day on the beach!
